Hi, I'm Jenny, fractional CMO and recovering do-it-all founder.
I help founders go from "every lead, post and follow-up still runs through me" to "my marketing runs on systems my team can actually operate."
Which probably raises the question: how?
By doing it the other way round. I design the strategy, build the systems, and hand them to your team with the playbook. You stop being the growth engine. Your business keeps growing anyway.
The story
I've been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, and I've never been very good at sitting still.
I built a product brand from an idea into Bed Bath & Beyond and Urban Outfitters, then sold it. I bought, renovated and rented out real estate. I ran short-term rentals as an Airbnb Superhost. Along the way I became the person other founders called when their marketing stalled.
Every one of those businesses taught me the same lesson, usually the hard way.
When growth depends on the founder's energy, it stops the moment the founder gets tired. When it runs on systems, it keeps going.
So that's what I do now. I work as a fractional CMO for a small number of founders, designing the strategy and installing the systems their teams run. I use AI and automation wherever they save real hours, and I teach what I learn in my newsletter, The Reinvented.
I'm based in Los Angeles and work with clients across the US, Australia and New Zealand. I have two daughters who keep me honest, and a habit of reinventing things, including myself.

WHAT I BELIEVE
-
Systems beat hustle.
If it only works when you push, it isn't working.
-
Design and install, don't operate.
The outside view is the value. I keep it.
-
Price the outcome, not the hours.
For my clients and for myself.
-
Show the real numbers.
What works, what doesn't, and what it costs.
